Our professional staff will help you regain your sense of power and control over everyday choices and decisions. Simultaneously, your family, significant other and caregivers are supported to ensure best practices in quality care and support.
Hospice care is the model for quality, compassionate care for people facing a life-limiting illness or injury. Hospice care uses a team-oriented approach to expert care —called an interdisciplinary team (IDT) approach. The IDT team addresses the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual “parts” which compose us all; and addresses those issues causing patients and their families’ pain. At its very center, is a belief we each have the right to live pain-free until the last day of our life, with our families receiving the necessary support allowing us to do so.

Care may be provided in the home, a skilled nursing facility, residential care home (assisted living facility), or our Hospice House.
Our mission is to provide services to all terminally-ill patients, regardless of ability to pay. Care is generally covered under one of the following: Medicare hospice benefit, Medi-Cal hospice benefit, most insurance plans (HMO/PPO/Private) and other managed care organizations. Hospice services are never billed to the patient or family, regardless of their insurance status.
