We want to first thank you for your support to Hospice of San Joaquin. Whether the gift was of your time, your talents or a monetary donation.

Many people, nonprofits and businesses have been profoundly impacted by the current COVID-19 pandemic, and it’s more crucial now that we come together as one community to weather the storm. The demand for healthcare services is at an all-time high, and many people have turned to organizations like Hospice of San Joaquin to provide care and expertise in our communities.

As we cancel and postpone our annual fundraising events, now more than ever, we ask for your support. We’re reminded of our strong ties to the local community and we’re grateful for the patients and families whom we serve and the people who make it possible for us to do so.

For 40 years, Hospice of San Joaquin has continued to provide quality care to our patients seven days a week, as our current daily census is up to 200 patients per day.

This year we have provided:
Care to 250 patients in our Hospice House.
Grief support to 1387 families.
Grief support to 205 children with Camp Caterpillar, Kids Korner and Teen to Teen programs.
169 veterans have received services from Hospice of San Joaquin.

Our highly trained professionals ensure that patients and families find dignity, respect and love during life’s most important journey. Please help, every gift makes a difference.
