Hospice of San Joaquin provides you an opportunity to honor the memory of a family member, friend, colleague or business associate. You may acknowledge your loved ones with a memorial or tribute gift.  During the winter holidays, Tree of Lights offers a special place to honor your loved one.

Memorials provide an opportunity to honor your loved one(s). At your request, Hospice of San Joaquin will acknowledge your memorial gift with a card to the family of the deceased. 

Tributes honor the living at the time of an anniversary, birthday or other special occasion. A card from Hospice of San Joaquin to the person being honored will acknowledge your thoughtful gift. 

Annual Memberships

With your help, Hospice of San Joaquin will continue to provide and expand our services for terminally ill persons and their families in the community: Nursing, Counseling, Personal Care, Spiritual & Practical Support, Bereavement Support for Family & Community, Hospice House, & the Transitions Program.

Tree of Lights Memorials

Every year, during the last three months of the year, October through December, you may honor you loved one with a light on Tree of Lights.
