The Butterfly Auxiliary offers five membership options. The following is a brief description of the each of the options available to join the Butterfly Auxiliary.
Individual
First year initial dues is $30.00 which covers the cost of dues, membership badge and membership book. Thereafter, dues are $20.00. Member is also required to contribute a minimum of forty (40) hours of service annually at any Hospice of San Joaquin Butterfly Auxiliary or Hospice of San Joaquin activity or sponsored event.
Associate
$75.00 Member — Receives a membership badge, membership handbook and logo tote bag.
Supporting
$150.00 Member — Receives a commemorative membership badge, membership handbook, and logo tote bag.
Patron
$250.00 or more Member — Receives a commemorative membership badge, membership handbook, logo tote bag and lifetime membership to the Hospice of San Joaquin Butterfly Auxiliary
Honorary
Recognition given to any individual, not a dues paying member, who contributes time, planning and/or the organization of a community fundraising event for the direct benefit of the Hospice of San Joaquin Butterfly Auxiliary. Dues will be waived. Membership will be reviewed and renewed on an annual basis. Honorary members will be recognized with a Membership Certificate
